Surf's up

Magic seaweed made it a 3 to 4 star day at St Andrews today, and the sun was out to match. Not surprisingly the East Sands were were mobbed with boarders and their groupies. We struggled to find a bit by ourselves.

The tide was pretty high when we arrived, and with the steepest part of the beach close to the sea wall, it could be hard work to get back out. A sea boat would have been fun, but I don't want to risk breaking my new one yet.

A couple of hours of this and we were pretty tired.
